RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage Server Room by ensuring all equipments are stable and online.
2. Be involved in managing Windows 2012 and Windows 2008 servers, and Revit Server.
3. Manage Active Directory and File Server security permissions.
4. Manage Exchange 2013 server.
5. Manage Fortinet firewall policy.
6. Manage SAN/NAS Storage systems
7. Manage TrendMicro Enterprise security server.
8. Setup emails on blackberry mobile phones issued by the company and troubleshoot known issues.
9. Attend and troubleshoot computer related issues encountered by end-users.
10. Attend and troubleshoot printer and plotter issues as well as network issues.
11. Perform monthly backup of the company's important files.
12. Install software needed by end-users.
13. Evaluate all equipment and assess these for upgrades, repairs, reformatting to the IT Manager.
14. Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
15. Assist the IT Manager in ensuring that IT policies and procedures are met and amend IT policies and procedures if needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manage AS400 iSeries System and Applications.
2.Manage mission critical servers such as Database Servers and Terminal Servers.
3.Manage Data Center by ensuring all equipments are stable and online and monitoring room temperature and humidity.
4.Manage backups for mission critical databases.
5.Manage Sophos Enterprise Antivirus console.
6.Create guidelines and policies regarding computer hardware maintenance and in-house procedures.
7.Creating Work Instruction Manuals for the users.
8.Conducting computer literacy trainings for co-employees to educate and enhance co-employees' knowledge about computers and its operation and usage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Maintain and develop programs for POS (Point of Sale) related applications.
2.Troubleshoot POS Related problems and other PC related problems.
