Coordinate and supervise the Shipyard job to complete 189 M Livestock Carrier 23.500M2 net pen areas (new building project, 2015-2016, COSCO Dalian, China).
•Monitoring, planning and scheduling the maintenance of the vessels.
•Developing and maintaining budget.
•Conducting Vessels inspection to ensure she complied with Class/Statutory requirement and Company QHSSE Requirements.
•Execution of planned maintenance and monitor the vessels performance.
•Control the validity of all certificates of all vessel, and arrange relevant survey timely.
•Monitoring and follow up all condition of the Class and deficiency raised by class or authorities and resolved within the due date.
•Prepared Drydocking specification and budget.
•Following and Organized with shipyard, Class and all owner’s direct contractors to complete all Docking job in timely and good standard.
Supervise Recovery Job and conduct Commissioning of the system for 150M Semi-Submersible Deck Cargo/ Launching Barge.
•Write Daily activities and Weekly Project Report for Management Review.
Structure Construction Plan Review and Approval for 76M Anchor Handling/Offshore Supply Vessel and Platform Supply Vessel UT755 CDL.
•Supervise Construction and Testing Progress (Commissioning of system) to ensure the Project Quality and Schedule of Completion.
•Write Weekly and Monthly Project Report for Management Review.
Hull, Machinery and System Construction Plan Review and Approval for 189 M Livestock Carrier 23.500M2 net pen areas.
•Review and Approve of Project ITP
•Review and Approval of yard testing procedure (Dock Trial & Sea Trial Protocol).
•Review and Approval of Construction drawing include site modification.
•Attend Daily Inspection for Hull, piping, mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning.
•Liaise with Shipyard and Class (RINA & AMSA) to solve technical issue.
•Attend FAT for Main equipment at Supplier workshop.
•Raised up and Monitoring OCR (Owner Correction Request) for any Nonconformity case.
Reason of leaving: Project was suspended due to financial problem of the Shipyard.
