1. Carry out installation, preventive maintenance, removal, re-installation, repair and testing of telecommunication and IT equipment.
2. Conduct maintenance work which includes overhaul of complete piece of equipment involving changing of units, modules and components.
3. Install, connect, test and lineup IT equipment in predominantly land based locations.
4. Check whether test and results measurement are within specifications. Take corrective action such as re-tuning, re-wiring; repair damaged cables and replacing faulty components.
5. Remove IT equipment from one location and reinstall in other locations in accordance with users’ requirement .
6. Investigate causes of defective operation in systems and equipment, recommend modifications to equipment or operational conditions and discuss recommendations with direct supervisor.
7. Undertake other similar related duties such as preparing mission orders, work orders, maintenance reports, monthly time sheets and work permits and ensure that all work is fully documented.
8. Ensure practical implementation of HSE safety rules and ensures that work places are left clean and tidy after work completion.
9. Ensures that work is carried out at all times in accordance with technical requirements and standards.

1. Review the awarded contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to the client, schedules, and provided design and engineering solution.
2. Attend both technical and commercial meetings with clients, vendors & sub-contractors prepare the agenda in order to discuss action plans, proposals ad to negotiate viable engineering and commercial issues and solutions.
3. Prepare the list of deliverables such as detailed design drawings, computation, procedures, BOM, implementation and testing schedule, etc... according to contract, which is then submitted to the client for their review and approval.
4. Co-ordinate with the other Engineering team who will handle the assigned system and discuss with them the required action plans and committed schedules.
5. Organize weekly review meetings with the engineering and project management team to discuss progress achieved to date as well as a forecast for the following week in addition to any other issues which need to be resolved.
6. Review and approved the deliverables prepared by the engineering team and to make sure it will comply with the client's requirement, specifications and standards.
7. Conduct the System start up and initial verification
8. Pre-FAT and vendor coordination.
9. Interface with site to resolve site queries which are sent by the Field Engineers such as design and other engineering technical issues and to provide them immediate assistance and solutions.
10. Handover of all technical documents, revised drawings, software to client.

 Electronics and Security Systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control System, CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems, PAGA).
