Direct communication with Department Managers, Store Managers & Auditing /Finance Manager.
Handle the safe balance & preparing reports through National Cash Register(new) NCR a system designed to generate the POS reports, Reconciliation of the Daily Sales(credit & cash sales) weekly and monthly sales reporting to the Finance department.
Providing the managers the details of sales as when it is required.
Handling and issue the petty cash that was required and by the approval of Store Manager.
Handle & preparing cash deposit, requesting and receiving cash & coins to the banks.
Coordinating with the bank regarding the sales transactions through credit cards.
Coordinate and solve customers’ query and discrepancy regarding credit cards.
Trouble shooting at POS & connecting at main server.
Handle the returned and exchange of the customers purchase items.
Evaluate & monitor the performance of each cash office staff including all the cashiers to maintain the standard of operating system.
Giving assistance to frontend & any other department after all the duties inside cash office.
Handle, Guide & trained staff for the new opening branches.
Provide assistance to all department Managers when it was needed.
Attends to all other administrative requirements/ prepare weekly schedule.

•Coordinates with all the heads of operations (General Trade Manager, DMCS, BDManager) with regards to the activation of Cycle Plan '
•Gathers feedback from the trade by conducting market visits in relation to cycle plan execution coordinates and update the Principal in the overall implementation of Cycle Plan in the distributor.
•Consolidates all feedback and monitoring reports and submits to the Regional Field Office Executive and Area Sales Manager for proper action planning.
•Ensures on-time submission of all liquidation requirements to the Area Sales Managers after the end of each cycle plan execution.
•Assist the Operations Manager in Local Trade channel and customer assessment consolidation and analysis.
•Consolidate regional market intelligence and feedback to evaluate field and key account strategies.
•Suggests local programs together with Supervisors(In alignment with the ASM's) to address brand &category performance in specific channels
•Support the third party promotions agency in the attainment of its Key Result Area's.
•Set job objectives & establish a regular work / contact plan with Agency Promotional Coordinators in supporting the merchandising & promotional programs of all channels within assigned territory
•Set and manage the process of planning, allocating and disposing regional promotional materials and premium items in alignment with the directions set by the principal
•Maintains and generates administrative reports on sales and marketing. Works on budget for the year. Plan and coordinates to Operations Manager, salesmen, merchandisers, and coordinators.
