Job Description:
• Perform daily site inspections to monitor the project site are being adhered of company health, safety and environment policy.
• Ensure that the company safety program is duly followed by the workers and duly inform at the construction site through Daily Toolbox Meeting before to start working.
• Support the company safety program objectives, ability to recognize and correct unsafe practices and hazardous conditions.
• Performing risk assessments of each area of company activity and making recommendation on actions to be taken to reduce risks.
• Review activities risk assessments in the project and revised based on the recent condition of the work area.
• Conduct incident/accident, near misses investigation and reporting.
• Regular inspection to the following: cranes, excavations, ladders, scaffoldings, safety harnesses, power tools, diversions, office and PPEs.
• Conducting first day of work orientation to all newly hired employees and subcontractor.
• Conduct safety trainings in accordance with project safety program and with client's requirements.
• Supervised the preparation of various safety signs and installation of safety barricades as required in the project site.
• Provide PTW (Permit to Work) for the specific works such as lifting permit, hot work permit, lockout/ tag-out permit and confined space entry permit.
• Attending monthly safety meeting with client, contractor's key personnel involve in the project prior to continuing improvement of project safety policy, and compliance of requirements of site safety, health, and environmental issues.

• Perform daily site inspections to monitor the project site are being adhered of company health, safety and environment policy.
• Support the company safety program objectives, ability to recognize and correct unsafe practices and hazardous conditions.
• Conduct or direct testing of temperature, oxygen levels, gasses & toxic chemicals in at the assign work area.
• Periodically Inspect facilities, scaffoldings, PPEs, fire extinguishers, slings, cranes, machineries, road detours, excavations.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Providing expert or technical advice to site manager, engineers & foremen on how to handle safety & health-related problems in the site activities that make necessary changes.
• Motivating and advising the site management and front line engineers and foremen to fulfill their obligations on safety.
• Support the company safety control system such as permit-to-work to fully implement on the site by ensuring the subcontractors to comply all requirements before to start the work activity.
• Review the method statement & risk assessment or job hazard analysis of the activities of subcontractors that being performed or followed in the site.
• Stop activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environmental aspect and gave practical recommendation prior to rectification of the concern unsafe act or unsafe condition.
• Attending and support Weekly Site Safety Walkdown on the site to monitor and enhance the Health, Safety & Environment in the workplace.
• Attend & participate actively in monthly HSE meeting with PMT (Project Management Team), & subcontractors.
