Major Achievements
Awarded by Saudi ARAMCO for my outstanding effort & commitment towards the restoration of Abqaiq incidents. This is related to September 2019 drone attack in Aramco facilities that forced the kingdom to shut down half of its total oil production.
Successfully completed 3.2 Billion USD project of two Power Plant (PP13 & PP14) in Riyadh Saudi Arabia for Saudi Electric Company, each Power Plant will operate from 1650MW to 1950MW maximum capacity
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation and review of engineering studies, design drawings and documents, material and equipment specifications.
Review and comment P&ID for any control / interlock / safety related representations. Ensure
that all comments are consistent and are included in the drawings according to the applicable procedure
Prepare the control system requirement for package units, support package specialists for MR,
technical clarification and bid evaluations, document review and approval. Coordinate the interfaces between package unit control system and plant control systems
Resolution of specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
Prepare instrument bill of quantity and subcontractor requisition for control system hardware installation work
Engineering Construction support which include response to all technical queries of Construction Contractor.

Major Achievement
•Successfully completed Brunei Shell Petroleum Seria - Crude Oil Terminal C&A Infrastructure Project (Conversion to Foundation Fieldbus system) with high appreciation from the client.
•Successfully completed Brunei Methanol Scheduled Turn Around Project with high appreciation from the client.
•Successfully completed the upgrade of Brunei LNG to SPI system.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and maintenance activities. Providing Technical Services on all aspects of project execution.
•Design Activities: Development of project drawings such as system and control block diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, interconnection wiring diagrams, instrument loop diagrams, cable routing plans, instrument location plans, equipment layouts, instrument installation schedules, instrument installation details.
•Engineering Activities: Development of functional and technical specification documents for equipment and systems; development of instrument specification sheets and calculation sheets; development of non-material inspection requirements associated with the functional and technical specification documents.
•Maintenance Activities: Development of maintenance work packs, provision of technical support and supervision during plant wide maintenance shutdown, and identification of instruments to be executed during shutdown.
•Construction Activities: Calibration of instruments, preparation of Construction Work packs, Loop checking, installation of instruments, preparation commissioning test plan, and commissioning activities.
•Inter-discipline review of project drawings including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Plot Plans, One-Line Diagrams, Piping plans, Cable Entrance and Cable Termination Details drawings, and other deliverables prepared by different project disciplines.
•Recommendation of new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve the newly designed facilities and standardization within specific fields of endeavor.
•Monitoring and confirmation of documentation for installation and start-up of control and instrumentation systems, including start-up tests on specialized equipment as specified in the contract documents.
•Assurance of compliance with specifications, drawings and approved submittals.
•Supervision of the overall conduct of work of a project, including coordination with the client, construction contractor, sub-contractor and vendor(s).
•Verification of equipment settings, alignment, and testing and energization requirements.
•Witness, monitor and/or review instrumentation calibration tests.
•Provision of recommendations on all instrumentation and control construction work to assure functionality and final product.
•Working with vendor technical representatives to resolve equipment technical problems.
•Participation in the preparation of bid packages for projects involving Instrumentation & Control including Man-hour and Procurement Cost estimates.
•Preparation and coordination of bid packages which includes Site Survey, Project Schedule, Project Manpower Summary, Method Statement, Project Organizational Charts.
•Review of project proposals, design drawings, equipment specifications and the proposed protection and control schemes for the new engineered equipment & facilities.
•Estimation of costs, preparation of justification and complete expenditure requests.
•Other tasks related to Instrumentation & Control such as quality control / quality assurance implementation, engineering, design and project control, during assignment to other companies.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Preparation of instrument specification sheets and calculation.
•Preparation of Material Take-Off, Bulk Material Summary and other documentation required by the project.
•Site survey and verification of cable routing, location and termination of new and existing instruments.
•Identification of instruments and materials that are required by the projects existing in client’s stock or for purchase.
•Coordination with client regarding reservation of instruments and materials available from their stock and requisition of other items as necessary.
•Preparation of detailed installation schedule.
•Multi-discipline coordination for interfacing, schedules and other project-related matters.
•Technical discussion with vendors regarding instruments and/or materials to be supplied as well as evaluation of submitted quotations for procurement finalization.
•Performs calibration and inspection of test and measuring instrument and equipment.
•Recommends calibration test to be performed in order to assess reliability of measuring instrument.
•Approves major decisions on suitability of item for calibration.
•Perform Quarterly/yearly conformance audit in house and external Calibration laboratory.
•Participate in the development, implementation and tracking of departmental policies goals and objectives
•Supervises Calibration Technicians to carry out calibration and repair services. Perform calibration and repair in the absence of qualified technicians
•Train, develop and qualify newly hired Technicians to carry out calibration and repair services.
•Develop and revise calibration and quality procedures necessary to carry out calibration and repair services.
•Evaluates significance of Non-conforming work and implement necessary corrective actions to eliminate cause of non-conformance.
•Ensure compliance of calibration subcontractors to ISO/IEC17025 thru supplier audit and development.
