Job Description:
Assist the project engineer in the preparation of shop-drawings based on the IFC drawings ( Issued for construction ).Ensure the preparation of accurate, well presented and coordinated drawings in light of the design drawings. Exhibit know-how in computer drawing applications like AutoCAD to prepare the drawings in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet project deadlines and production schedules. Shows ability to generate detail drawings in order to present them to the engineer. Ensure follow-up and update the shop drawings reflecting corrections, design changes, and any request for information ( RFI ) replies. Ensure engineering documents are filled correctly in order that only latest revisions of the document are being worked on. Provide document control
Support in drawing management in order to meet project plans and company procedure. Preparation of shop drawings for precast concrete chambers/manholes detail requirements for combined utility services. Prepare As-Built drawings. Coordinate with other disciplines. Ocular site visit to verify measurements needed on As-Built.
