Document control are responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity. These specialists help companies adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively.
My duties and responsibilities was prepare quarterly roving schedule, conduct branch visit ate least twice a week a month, check the validity & credibility of the ff: journal voucher, check voucher, miscellaneous receipt, claim slip, official logbook, cash count monitoring file, memorandum receipt & inventory, lapsing schedule, conduct cash count at least twice a week. Prepare monthlyn financial statement, check daily time record and prepare payroll worksheet, prepare external report, prepare trailblazer, process permit for newly opened branch & renewal.
I was a student assistant on the said school located at Cafeteria assign in procurement section in 2 executive years and I was transfer such time I graduated to Internet section located at the library was assist the student and teacher logging in.
