LOGISTICS OFFICER
 Projects Handled: Nestle, Mondelez International, Godiva Chocolatier, Al Baik, Carrefour, IFFCO
 Part of Concept called control tower in logistics
 Process the orders for different Warehouses in Saudi Arabia for various clients
 Warehouse age profile and destruction process

 Monitor all stock movements of products at different Warehouses
 Return Creation in Oracle and push into the Warehouses
 Expiry tracking
 Coordinate with merchandisers and sales team to push receiving and avoid rejections of merchandises
 Define KPI's, and manage operational performance
 Experienced in SAP and Oracle WMS
 Monitored inventory levels of products and materials in warehouses.
 Organized and manage work of subordinate staff to ensure that work was accomplished in manner consistent with organizational requirements.
 Planned and implemented energy-saving changes to transportation services.
 Developed and documented standard and emergency operating procedures for
receiving, handling, storing, shipping and salvaging products and materials.
 Coordinated warehouse activities, records control, and purchasing.
 Resolved problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports and customer issues.
 Experience in managing end to end 3pl operation management and execution
 Generating billing reports for customers
 Experience in product mock and physical recalls
 Responsible for End-to-end Reverse logistics Process
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
 Enter shipping and inventory data in the computer system
 Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies
 Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete
 Remove inventory from shipment delivery trucks
 Ensure supplied stocks meet demand
 Prevent overstocking and ordering
 Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking
 Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
 Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and
current supplies
 Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping
 Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks
 Track and ensure deliveries are received
 Compile reports inventory and supply balances
 Make note of damaged inventory
 Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data, use to collect
information from emails in order to do daily activities in order to manage the
