• Works with store management to identify and utilize opportunities to increase sales, control staff costs and manage appropriate inventories. Monitors daily, weekly and monthly/quarterly financial performance, and ensures cash handling and banking is carried out in compliance with company policy and procedure. Assist Operations Manager in review and preparation of budgets.
• Decides areas of focus/development for managers. Assesses compliance with cash procedures, recommends action.
• Assists in selecting competent Restaurant team members and management. Supports/participates in training, and develops partners to identify potential. Manages operational staff issues and disciplinary matters.
• Interprets and recommends / decides issues within company policy and overall business approach for selection. Evaluation, and development of staff
• Ensures all systems, procedures and program are communicated to restaurant teams and store management, and are complied with. Checks quality of service, and products. Obtains and utilizes customer feedback and leads stores in identifying and executing improvements. Ensures all store appearances and equipment is maintained to brand standard.
• Ensures stores comply with local regulations. Reports Area status and ensures all company-required reports and documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Selects most effective methods for communicating procedures with restaurant teams. Assesses service / product quality, customer feedback, and compliance with all regulations, and decides / recommends action. Initiates action to maintain physical store standards.
• Renewals of Filipino Passports are entrusted to me by Administration Department, Receive all Filipino Passports for renewal and accompany them in the Embassy. Ensure all passports will be return to the Company.
• Communicates with Popeyes International regarding Popeyes Training Updates and GEM.
• Conducts Training and follow thru the training of the newly hired Popeyes management team with the help of Training Coordinator.
• Coordinate with Home Delivery Departments regarding issues concerning Drivers and ways to improve Home Delivery Service.
• Coordinates with the LSM & Call Center Manager to improve and increase school orders, ensuring we serve quality Sandwiches.
• Checking Employees Attendance sheet during Cut Off to ensure they will get their salary correctly.
• Conducts Store Visits to improve daily store operations, discuss to management the opportunities and follow up on action plan.
• Conducts weekly meeting with Managers.
• Conducts Monthly QSC Assessment to ensure our stores are meeting the requirements set by the International and prepare them on the Quarterly International Assessment conducted by Popeyes International.
• Follow up on the concerns Department regarding need of the Stores such as Maintenance issues, Petty Cash Reimbursement, Stock availability, Employees concerns in accommodation etc.
• Prepare and check completeness of Restaurants Month End Reports such as Inventories, Employees Meal, Discounts, wastage before submitting to cost control.
Monitoring the standards of quality in all products and items in coordination with Operations Department and analyze the reason behind negative points with recommended corrective actions
Conduct regular check up and visitation
participate in new product experimentations in order to reach top product quality.
Establish and maintain the quality management system including HACCAP and related quality policies and procedures
Recommend & advise any new ideas about products development in coordination with operations manual and in coordination with operations department.
Complete monthly Training Plan,
Complete Corporate and restaurant teams targeting forms
complete the training activities calendars
Coordinates efforts of the training team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Administer the crew trainer development program
Spot check crew trainers weekly duties checklist to verify completion and quality of duties.
Conduct crew trainers orientation, follow up on crew trainer development outline
Conduct and review all crew trainers evaluation forms
Put schedule to conduct crew trainers on the floor training
Conducts Orientation on newly hired employees
Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
Trainin a newly hired management team and staff
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week including staff controll, food and sales
Managing staff throughout their shift and providing them with feedback
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
Maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety
Ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining its reputation.
