Managing and tracking a multimillion euros investment portfolio for former CEO of a top 10 Global Cement company (Family Office) . My Responsibilities include:

-Setting Investment goals and strategies for maximum ROI
-Analyzing security performance and pricing (comps, DCF)
-Implementing Technical Analysis (RSI, SAR, BGB, FSO etc..) to determine entry and exit points
-Developing forecasts using historical data and management outlook
-Monitoring industry trends and news that may impact the portfolio
-Tracking & analyzing 15 currency pairs
-Tracking cash flow (fees, dividends, realized G/L) and reconciling accounts
-Requesting brokers for constant market updates on liquidity & MM yields%
-Preparing internal and external reports for management and accountants
-Tracking & analyzing Portfolio KPI’s with respect to our goals and target allocations
-Developing tools (excel, power BI, python etc.) for improved data analysis
-Performing quantitative and qualitative ad hoc analysis for other business projects

-Designing HVAC, Water supply, Sanitary and Firefighting systems for top notch residential and commercial buildings in Lebanon and the Gulf.
-Estimating costs for engineering projects based on an analysis of project technical requirements.
-Collecting and analyzing all project costs, including raw materials, labor, equipment and tooling to ensure estimates are accurate
