Routing Engineer:
1-Change routing based on rates, quality and available capacity
2-Follow up trouble tickets with INMC and check OTRS
3-Test destinations when needed
4-Control Quality of Service / vendor performance
5-Maintain white/black list routing

7.Check periodically the unstable sites, point out the reason(s) behind instability and advise other department accordingly

10.Handle trouble ticket system’s configuration, enhancement and backup, contact support whenever needed
11.Handle the configuration and enhancement of a web based database used for sharing NMC’s information
