Develops and implement Learning strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develops and monitors the Employees Engagement initiatives (Mesbah initiative).
• Lead the project of E-learning platform implementation, budget allocation, needs assessment, vendor Selection, design/revise materials and negotiate agreement.
• Evolves, revise and update OD and learning policies, process and procedures.
• Liaises with HoDs to Keep JD and Organizational structure updated according to a dynamic business need.
• Liaises with HoDs to conduct learning need assessment process at organizational, departments and individuals’ levels and prioritizes it based on an allocated budget.
• manage the learning budget, collect data, forecast budget, allocate budget per departments, communicate it to stakeholder.
• Develops and implement TM strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develops and monitors the leadership development and capacity building initiatives (RKE initiative).
• Participates in organization’s strategic initiatives mapping and cascading, act as a focal point for implementation.
• Evolves and manage a performance management system, in Liaises with with HoDs develop KPIs for all ELB Staff.
• Conducts training needs analysis at the levels of strategic, department, individuals.
• Mange the Conducting of work force analysis (Demand, supply, gab), and determine the appropriate sourcing approach.
• Conduct a Job analysis and develop and update JD.
• Ensure staffs KPIs measurable through random revision.
• Educate staff on how to set the KPI and how to measure it.
• cascading firm goals, objective to develop HR plan.
• Evolve and follow up implementation of HR Policies and procedures.
• Evolve and follow up implementation competency framework.
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies.

• Advises managers and supervisors of regulations and effective human resource practices with regard to employee issues.
• Development and execution of Manpower Planning Process to determine annual staffing needs and manpower budgets.
• Develop the HR manual (policies, procedures, processes and forms).
• Partners with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure.
• Follow the implementation of new hire employee orientations and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new
staff members.
• Develops and follow the the implementation of performance management system.
• Liaise with IT department, conduct functional analysis to shift to automation HR process.
• Designing and developing training programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.
• Conduct annual compensation and benefits survey, draft proposals for changes in benefits based on survey reports.
Ensure competitive compensation packages for all employees.
• Monitor the reward system, devise and propose rewards & recognition program. Introduce effective techniques reward.
• Participates in the evaluation of the previous strategy and the preparation of the new strategy.
Act as a champion for the project of quality management and accreditation procedures
• Working with clients to develop suitable course content and evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall programme.
• Prepare overall training plan, and managing a training budget.
