• Assisting the Sales Team in planning and organizing the showroom display of vehicles, catalogues and brochures.
• Attending to showroom customers and exerting every effort to convert an inquiry into a prospective deal.
• Developing and maintain existing client accounts, updating them about new offers and promotions to ensure repeat business.
• Preparing quotations, submitting daily sales report, follow-up on PDI files and vehicle registration, completing Autolease vehicle documents.
• Working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed set objectives.
• Attending road shows, events and exhibitions as requested.
• Analyzing the existing market trends and influence, and reacting accordingly with creative ideas.
• Participating in sales meetings and training programs.
• Promote test drive program of new vehicles to loyal and new customers.
• To support in preparing quotes and forwarding to prospective customers for Eicher, BAW & Royal Enfield.
• Tele-calling & emailing to the customer database given time to time on latest product promotions.
• Carry out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
• Sells vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
• Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers vehicle.
• Provides sales management information by completing reports.
