QUALITY CONTROLLER
• Visual and welding works Magnetic particle inspection of Steel Strutting and Steel Decking for the construction of underground and tunnel Metro Rail Train Station.
• Directly inspect all the materials delivered to site as per specification and standards.
• Expedite the Request For Inspection of Works (RFIW) and other documentation.
• Inspection and monitoring activities in the Installations of permanent tunnel concrete lining segments using Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and other tunnel construction equipments
• Visual inspection of fabricated pipes handrails, ladders, gratings, beams and other steel materials.
• Close-in monitored and inspect the welding works alignment of track rails installed at the tunnel
• Verification all dimensions, sizes, weld preparation and marking out of all steel and pipes, are in accordance of approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and witnessed all the offsite, factory and laboratory testing and inspection for all materials before delivered and assembled /fit-up or installed at site.
CONSTRUCTION HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT OFFICER
• Work closely with the Senior Safety Engineer/Officers and Sub-contractors Safety Officers in identification, development and implementation of safety programs and Safe Work Standards.
• Regularly conduct on-site visit and ensure to enforced all workers are working with proper PPE.
• Control and supervise correct application of the quality management and HSE programs and procedures to avoid accidents and incidents,
• Assist to conduct periodic Safety Inspection of all facilities in the project locations to determine working conditions, unsafe acts and procedures that may possible cause of accidents.
• Provide technical and recommendation on HSE issues to functional or in operational areas to help them manage their HSE responsibilities.
• Attend regular schedule Safety Meetings and Implement Tool Box Talk for all workers.
• Initiate necessary actions on any unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in site.
SITE INSPECTION ENGINEER
• Monitor the quality and alert sub-contractors site engineers/supervisors in cases of deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.
• Regularly check site activities and ensure that the work procedures are in accordance with the method statement and approved drawings are followed.
• Prepares Inspection Testing Requests (ITR) and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments and status of works.
• Inspection of welding works, during and after assembly to ensure that materials and workmanship met the requirements of the contract documents.
• At night, assigned to monitor and inspect closely the welding works of all hanging and buried chilled water pipelines from heat exchanger building to district cooling building and other buildings in the site.
• Witnessed the Chilled Water Pipelines welded joints x-ray test or Non-Destructive Test (NDT) in the night time operation only, and the hydro static testing / water flushing.
SITE ENGINEER
• Assigned, supervise and monitoring the installations of all elevators and escalators. at site.
• Witness and participate quality records for partial handover of locations prior to commencement of works of other parties and contractors concerned.
• Received/Action Request For Inspection (RFI) that apply to the projects which requires design feedback and will be directed to the Designer for response. Review responses for adequacy and accuracy.
• Assist with the inspection of completed works. Help prepare progress report, monitor the startup, testing and commissioning and hand-over the works.
• Review the project specification, checked the workmanship of the people, review final documents prior to client’s submissions.
• Mobilize the remaining and rectifications works. Assists prepare punch list, at the time of Defects Liability Periods after Handing Over of the works to the clients
SITE ENGINEER
• Produced coordinated shop drawings using AutoCAD software, develop sketches into working drawings and details from concept stage through construction documents and then prepare materials submittals.
• Receives delivered materials at site and release materials for installation and construction.
• Monitors and checks the safety of MEP equipment installed at site.
• Followed MEP designs as modified associated drawings from design data, and prepare As-Built Plan.
• Visual inspection at welded joints of buried Chilled Water Pipes from Mechanical Room and hanging Chilled Water Pipes up to the Office building and Factory buildings.
• Follow the implemented safety measures, and assist to inspect working areas to detect and correct the unsafe or unhealthy conditions. Inspect the right and proper tools or using prescribed safety outfits and equipment’s, procedures and safeguards, to eliminate and preventing avoidable accidents & damage.
SITE ENGINEER
• Responsible for day-to-day operation and activities at project site, controlling of resources, materials, identifying and resolving designs issues and monitoring progress on site.
• Checked the issued or received Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare tender reports, cost of labor and materials, tools and equipment based on project plans and specifications.
• Scrutinized and reviewed blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine lay-out of civil works and plumbing system, water supply network, waste and drainage system.
• Monitor through presence on site, that the safety and quality are instituted, the usage of protective equipment by the workers, safe access to workplaces, work being executed safely, report findings of any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions at site.
