Supporting staffs need in all Administrative work in particular project. Like; travel request, PPE, typing assistance, formatting report & MoM, printing documents in different paper sizes. Monitor the leave balances and the floorplan. Assisting the new joiner once the line manager is not around, provide their needs like IT requirements and office supplies.
Graduated in one of the state University in Manila with a degree on Bachelor in Business Education major in Business Distributive Arts in 1990 in Manila Philippines. An average and hard working student is a highly motivated willingness to improve my ability and craft at work.
