*Inspect electrical system and equipment to identify and resolve any malfunction.
*Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning check and rectify any problems.
*Check and install or repair electrical system and equipments such control circuit, switches, breaker, relay, outlets, lightings and others.
*Daily routine check all corridor in residential and commercial area, and check pump room area.
* Responsible to check exhaust blower, and water pump of the building.
*Responsible to check all equipment in the building.
*Conduct regular inspections of equipments and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
*Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and propose accurate solution.

*Test electrical system to ensure they are functioning properly.
*Fallow electrical code safety regulations, and company policies.

*Troubleshoot and diagnose hvac system such mechanical and electrical problems, and propose appropriate solutions.
*Conduct regulation inspections of equipments and facilities to identify potential issues and compliance with safety standards.
*Performs rapairs and replacements of faulty devices, and components.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work including documentations.
*Provide technical guidance and support to new team members.
*Inspect and test aircon and cooling system to ensure proper functioning.
*Identify and assess aircon system problems and provide solution.
*Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air-conditioning as well various testing equipment.
*Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate testing devices.
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the repair and maintenance of equipments.
* Conduct corrective maintenance of system to prevent damages.
