Senior Recruiter/Account Manager
Big Fish recruit right across the MENA region (UAE, Qatar, Oman, KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait) and deal with multiple vacancies at any
one time so you would need to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
Currently working in various corporate and engineering positions within Facilities Management, Airline Catering, Property
Management, and Community Management in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving information relating to a specific job role and taking down the Job Description from either the client or the
consultant and shortlist the best profile matches.
• Candidate search - This can be done through different channels such as: database, hotlist, available job boards/job sites,
social networking sites, referrals, job posting etc.
• Telephone screening interviews with candidates and assessing their suitability
• Day to day Candidate and Client coordination/correspondence in setting up the interviews right through to offer stage,
acceptance and on boarding (instances where in coordination are required until onboarding stage)
• Formatting candidate CVs into Big Fish CV format
• Database maintenance and management; Creating and organising database and Candidate folders
• Candidate and Client management, making sure that both parties have been provided an excellent recruitment service
• In addition, you will be assisting the Consultant with daily duties, calls, correspondence and other related communication to
the candidates and clients
• Managing the desk in the absence of the Consultant; Point of contact on his behalf
Key Responsibilities:

Screening candidates
Using candidate databases, online networking, CV search sites, advert reply screening to find the right person for the client’s vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates

Responsibilities:
Answer calls, inquiries and updates and/or disseminate to clients with information like promo fares, flight schedules, hotel/tour packages and surcharges courteously and accurately and persuades the caller to book seats.
Book clients with the necessary information pertinent to the passenger and passenger’s request.
Ensures bookings are finalized.
Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, assigning requested spaces when available.
Retrieves passenger flight details by record locator, flight information and/or passenger name, but to validate caller prior giving details.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain filing system of the operations personnel such as Passenger Service Group, Facilities and Equipment’s Group, Curbside Management Group, and Apron Management Group.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Implement and maintain office systems
Maintain schedules and calendars
Arrange and confirm appointments
Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the passengers in all areas of the terminal.
Announce the Departure flights and Arrival flights.
Assist the passengers to their designated area.
Monitor the Facilities and Equipment of the terminal.
Monitors ground transportation activities to include inspection and permitting of taxicabs and courtesy vehicles.
Register and Monitor the child in Kiddie Traveler’s Lounge and Infant Feeding Station.
Maintain the safety and security of the passengers and all areas of the terminal.
Always maintain the Flight Display Information updated.
