Providing proactive and efficient administrative support services to the organization. Responsible for maintenance and provision of office supplies, including stock taking and placing orders on a regular basis. Collating materials and producing brochures and binding presentations. Making photocopies and arrange distribution of materials. Preparing beverages and serving guests and employees. Checking photocopiers on a daily basis for adequate supply of printing paper and toners. Distributing newspapers and magazines. Distribution of internal post, sending faxes and ad hoc deliveries within the office building. Providing all general office support and other relevant tasks when required. All other ad hoc duties where required
Attend to all Customers accordingly.
Maintains positive relationship with customers.
Flexibility on duty time.
Ensures quality/satisfactory service.
Makes Daily cash flow reports.
