Holds overall responsibilites for the correct and efficient operation of the production lines.Meets production targets with the highest quality and highest practicable efficiences and utilization, at the lowest cost, consistent with the company practices and policies.
Coordinates with Department and Supply Manager for the smooth operation of the plant and act as Plant Manager during the latter's absence.
Execute efective program fro care of physical properties and develop and maintain efficient work force.
Establish and maintain effective Quality system program based on system and continous verification and have a good corrective action plan.

Holds overall responsibilities for the correct and efficient operation of the production lines during his shift. Organize efficient start-up and shut down procedure of the lines, providing guidance to all subordinates to attain higher labor productivity and line efficiency. Perform other related jobs.

·Plans, organizes, leads, direct and control bottling lines production and maintenance activities to attain higher efficiency, good quality product and the least operating cost.
·Directing and coordinating all activities of Bottling personnel during operation by ensuring that the department objectives are achieved in conformance to Plant and corporate policies i e; approved forecast, establishing programs and schedules, product quality standard and budget limitation.

·Direct supervision of the Plant at Second shift operation and maintenance activity, monitors target dates for the completion of short and long term maintenance schedules, review and analysis machine maintenance programs and proper implementation.
·Identifies strength and weakness of the subordinates and establish productive work atmosphere.

·Direct supervision of production operator and ensure production activities attain higher efficiency, as well as maintenance personnel for higher mechanical efficiency and ensuring high yields of all raw and packaging materials, availability of spare parts. Maintain discipline for all subordinates and hygienic of the plant and perform other related jobs.

·Under general supervision, plans and prepares shop schedules, dispatches and follow-up work order. Keeps and maintain records, submit periodic reports and perform other related jobs.

Plans, control and dispatch the work schedules of fabricated parts based on production schedules, control and dispatches raw materials on a daily, weekly and monthly basis from fabrication to final assembly
