• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role including AR, AP (Over 150 accounts), GL, forecasting, budgeting
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts (quarterly and annually).
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
management reporting for submission to Head Office.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval of project managers and general manager.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support general manager in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management.
• Agreements and transfer pricing policy.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
• Primary responsibility was to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to
monthly close schedule.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a
monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
• Assist with financial audits.
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Draft reports in accordance to statutory rules, accounting standards and firm policy
• Analyze and obtain an understanding of the client business and documented
• Plan, review the results of the audit test
• Preparation of the financial statements as part of the audit in a prescribe forms, including consolidation accounts for groups
• Draft audit reports, memorandum to the audit partner on audit issues
• Guide clients of their regulatory obligations, assist and support in meeting the same
• Preparation of financial statement as part of management assignment for overseas reporting
• Preparation of various report for overseas reporting
• Guide clients on various tax issues
• Review and analyze internal control, weakness and report to the management
• Evaluating the existing internal control environment and designing, testing, evaluating and implementing the internal control systems
