• Manage daily MEP warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, GRN, storage, and issuance.
• Control inventory of 10, 000+ materials with accurate stock records.
• Issue materials to site based on approved MRV / material requests.
• Conduct monthly and annual stock audits and variance reporting.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize material loss and expiry.
• Prepare stock, consumption, and shortage reports for management.
• Coordinate with purchase, site engineers, and accounts teams.
• Maintain proper storage, safety standards, and 5S compliance.

• Support the production lead with PCB assemblies and other major electronic components.
• Follow the production work orders and make sure the components are available at respective bins.
• Assist in Quality check and make sure the functionality of final components.
• Properly handle the sensitive e-components like ICs, Capacitors, diodes, chips and bards etc.
• Keep records of work orders with complete components details used at each assembly line.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by making sure all equipment, tools, and construction materials are clean, sanitary, and in working order.
• Perform daily checks on serial numbers and visual inspection of electronic components.
• Follow the SOPs in assembly line and achieve the tasks on time with the right coordination between production store and production lead.
• Understand, interpret, and apply various construction codes, standards, and regulations to ensure that work and products meet code requirements.
• Support production store in receiving electronic components, make sure the quantity, documentation(CoC, MTC etc) are available as per the purchase orders.
