• Assist the Pastry Chef and Demi Chef de Partie in daily pastry and bakery production for restaurants, banquets
and room service.
• Prepare a wide range of bread, pastries, cakes, desserts and plated sweets according to hotel standards and
recipes.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, portion control and high-quality presentation.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies.
• Managing the night shift of the bakery section and coordinating with other sections of the kitchen ensuring
smooth service and delivery of the baked goods.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor while assisting in receiving and storing deliveries,
checking for quality and freshness.
• Handle special guest requests for customized pastries or desserts.
• Assist in training junior Commis and kitchen helpers when required.
