Major Duties and Responsibilities:
 System Admin & Network Admin - Configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft windows (XP/Win7/Win10/Server 2012) environment. Prepare & set up desktop, laptop, IP phone & printers. Assist in cable tracing & systems IP management.
 IT Service Operation - Provide end user support to resolve basic and complex help desk issues, in a timely manner and based on business priorities. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
 Service Desk Management - Admin and manage company’s ticketing system. In charge of assigning tickets, escalate as necessary and follow up closure.
 Access Management - Provide folder / user rights and permissions. Office 365 admin.
 Monitoring - Maintain & manage IT monitoring tools. Conduct regular audit of systems, software and servers.
 Backup Management - Manage and ensures all users’ backup are taken and intact.
 Asset Management - Maintain and updates asset records; Desktop, Laptop, IP Phone, Server, Network Devices, Access Pt list, Software and other IT related assets.
 Password Management - Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system. Admin of all partner’s portal.
 Financial Management - Provide monthly cost analysis of license usage of the company’s cloud service. Verify invoices of all pay-as-you-go partner’s account.
 Vendor Coordination - Regularly liaise with Third Party vendor for any purchasing requirements and escalation required.
 ISO/QMS Audit - Prepare necessary documents as required including draft of IT policies and other supporting documents.
 Knowledge Management - Conduct, manage and assign team member to run IT awareness training.
 Spearhead IT weekly meeting and create IT team’s shift schedule.
