Multi-tasking duties in the office work and fieldwork for Public Work Authority/Ashghal (PWA) to manage Partnership Framework Contractor (PFC) for Operation and Maintenance Works for Surface Ground Water (SGW) and Treated Water Network (TWN) / Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE).

- Attached to Takamul Programme 2020-2025, as a Civil Maintenance Engineer / Surface Ground Water (SGW) for Qatar North region, managed Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) works. Duty involved daily communication via emails, tele conversation, physical/online meetings and reviewed Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) which is a registration platform of all O&M activities are planned and executed by creating Work Orders and Service Requests.
- Managed with the Contractors for in-house Work Order of major corrective maintenance works and upgrading SGW networks. This process involved reviewing monthly invoice, provide comments and non -objection as a Project Owner prior to obtain an approval by Ministry of Interior for Road Opening Permit and Traffic Diversion Plan approval.
- Coordinated and scheduled dates with PFC for joint final inspection invited by Project Team for handing over and taking over process of all new public projects.
- Verified QAQC matters submitted by the Supervision Consultant for their approved Handover asset deliverables (material submission, CCTV report, as built drawings, etc.) and responded to Project Team.
- Coordinated and scheduled dates with PWA Inspectors for his duty (site inspection, site visit, EAMS review, snag report) on daily basis.
- Joined site visit to verify any dispute, interfacing issue and new connection with stakeholder’s or private owner’s Consultant and Contractors and provided official response or approval.
- Joined a weekly online-meeting with PFC for progress and updates for O&M activities.
- Joined handover kick-off online-meeting arranged by Project Team.
- Joined yearly audit for Internal Business Process.
- Attended online in-house training course.

- Attached to TWN Section 2018-2020, as SR TSE Engineer, reviewed current TSE Section business process to find for loopholes in order to correct and improve business workflow between Section and Contactors or other sections. Suggested and produced TSE new guidelines to standardize engineer’s business process with Contractors.
- Supplementary coordination with Quality Team for TSE quality violation and coordinated with area engineers.
- Produced monthly report to TWN’s Head of Section for TSE business.
- Regularly communicated with area engineers for O&M activities and asset management for an approved OPEX plan and progress.
- Conducted Section monthly meeting for management issues and Bi-weekly meeting with area engineers for technical issue.

sewerage industries in Malaysia in which regular roles and responsibilities includes of:
- As a Head Unit of Regional Water Sector, to manage and execute in team the audit session to the State
Water Operators for ensuring their compliances with WSIA Law & Regulations and Self-Key
Performance Index (KPI) are achieved and by realistic manner in which the scope mainly focused on
Non-Revenue Water (NRW), Customer Services relations, certification practice as an appointed
Certifying Agencies for SPAN, compliances of Water Treatment Plant Operation & Maintenance to
Customers, and enforcing the law to other stakeholders i.e. for possession of SPAN permits (mainly
Permit C and Permit D) by their Contractors, Class License by Private Water Operators and ensure
implementation of new Water Rules 2014 by all water industry players.
- To keep communicating with Water Tariff Section for conformance of water tariff in the Water Billing
System from Water Operators for determination of revenue and non-revenue water.
- To enforce the law under Water Services Industry Act (655 Act) to all water and sewerage stakeholders
in public and private sector which are defined through audits, inspections, meetings and enforcements
done by scheduled and/or on regular basis duty.
- By scheduled duty as a Costumer Relation Officer (CRO), to manage Consumer complaints by
communicating and meet the Complainant, if necessary, and with the present of Water Operators for
them to resolve in timely manner and close the case within Level of Service (LoS) of Customer Charter
and SPAN’s KPI and to keep any service disruption to Consumers in minimal and manageable state,
- As a Costumer Relation Officer (CRO), also to check and follow up with Complainant and Operators for
any unclosed Complaints via e-Aduan on regular basis,
- As an Investigation Officer (IO) by Director’s appointment, to investigate the cases that violated the
WSIA Law and to complete the Investigation Paper (IP) prior to final escalation to Deputy Public
Prosecution, Ministry of KeTHA for next legal advice and/or proceeding,
- As a Case Officer (CO) by scheduled duty, to evaluate and recommend to committee members in the
scheduled Appeal Committee/ JAKPEN sittings for the appeal case(s) of new development in both water
and sewerage in Kelantan and Terengganu,
- To approve online e-Permit for new/renewal application of Permit A1 and A2 SPAN applied by local
water plumbers on regular basis,
- To review, verify amounts, comments, if any, and prepare documentations prior for accepting the
individual and developer’s money contribution of SPAN KWSMP submittals for Kelantan and
Terengganu on regular basis,
- To meet the Consumers and Public during regular field visit or scheduled inspection and also
implementing public survey and feedback for evaluation of consumers and public satisfaction on
Operators’ services.
- To give a briefing session to students (plumbers) training course that invited by ABM Training Centre,
one on one session with consumers, construction industry players and other stakeholders / agencies
regarding roles and function of organization and for any Q&A,
- To join public awareness booth campaigns and expo such as water sustainability and environmental
protection invited and organized by Eastern Regional Operators and other entities.
- As a Checker, to have a spot check for SPAN’s Petty Cash as requested by Finance Department, SPAN
Head Office as necessary,

to final report of KPI versus achievement by year end. And, provide achievement report to the Director
or his representative for SPAN Retreat by annually.

Report (LPPT).
- To provide feedback, comments and suggestion to the Team on regular basis and the Management if
