Having completed two full time strategic and change management consulting projects over 6 months, I accepted a 2 days per week ongoing business management role to support the implementation of my recommendations. Deliverables include:
- Define and establish working strategies to implement trackable objectives and action-planning tool across all BU’s
- Design and run team workshops to support a culture of change, empowerment, and leadership

A further day and half I dedicate to the role: Director of Mentoring Program, GEN Ltd. where I head up the regional project for management and entrepreneur mentoring.

Acting as advisor and confidant to the President on highly confidential strategic management projects; leading and closing significant business deals, and managing substantially sized key clients:
A member of the senior Consumer Goods (CG) management team, with significant P&L responsibility to build the business, our brands, our service portfolios, and our partnerships (suppliers, clients, and customers).
Summary of role includes:
- Scoping-out and also leading project teams for crucial assignments of vital significance including: supply chain strategy, cost to serve, BCP, business regional alignment, JV’s and partnerships, commercial negotiations, new product, category and business development
- Developing structured sustainable operating platforms and profitable business models, with enriched long-lasting partnerships e.g. :
o 10-year strategic total supply chain partnership with a top 3 international manufacturer

o As well as contributing proactively to the success of the wider organization, during 2014 alone I personally delivered:
- USD 14m (USD 133m Turnover) in organic EBIT
- USD 280m in contracted business wins
Further details of role:
- Direct management responsibility and P&L accountability for over USD 14m EBIT-contribution business as well as overall CG financial performance (part of MBO scheme)
- Delivering USD 280m contractual value in new business development during 2014 alone
- Restructuring the business development function and developing (and implementing) a top-six Category Strategy
- Management and re-development of multiple operating sites, establishing new team structures, ways-of-working, processes and systems
- Strategic platform scoping, development and execution (a champion of change) for business future operating model, supply chain organization, regional alignment programs
- Building, leading and deploying team sizes ranging from 500+ to 10 depending on business function
- Directly managing and developing 5 of the company’s 10 largest clients
- Overseeing and supporting development, and continuous improvement programs, for all other key clients in strategic categories

Notes:
For the first 10 years my role I reported directly to the Global Consumer Goods President whom I acted as a key right-hand manager in building the double-digit business growth across Thailand and the region.
During a significant internal restructure, along with other key high profile directors, my role was separated into multiple functions, ultimately leading to my recent parting with DKSH.
Since July 2015 I have taken a senior teaching role for PHD Strategic Management at the Management Technology Department of Suranaree University, Thailand.
