•Direct HRMS Oracle system 12i implementation process for new employee records, new organizations andpositions creation, and reports generation in coordination with the Oracle IT Team.
•Oversee formulation and management of SOPs, internal/external HR systems auditing, entire companyorganization charts, and performance appraisal system to deliver operational efficiency.
•Analyze and suggest appropriate adjustments to the Head of HR & Administration to improve the efficacy ofthe Personnel Policies Manual and other manuals.
•Update job descriptions at all levels by interviewing and observing staff to provide a realistic representation ofduties and skills necessary for each position.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including planning, searching, screening, evaluating, and controlling, leveraging various resources and tools, and developing robust hiring strategies.
•Spearhead planning, creating, and posting new job openings’ descriptions to attract talented resources andgenerate qualified traffic.
•Handle embassy-specific paperwork for foreign recruiting across Asia-Pacific, including India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
•Lead and oversee the entire Onboarding of employees, Orientation, and Offboarding / final exists of employees.
•Steer all facets of compensation and benefits to streamline payroll, staff leaves process, and medical insurance asper the company’s compensation and benefits policy.
•Administer training needs analysis execution by developing calendar and budget, monitoring training sessions, and evaluating input and effectiveness to enhance employee retention rate.
•Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities foremployees.
•Obtain all information related to grievances and complaints, flag significant issues to senior management, anddetermine employee management trends.
•Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and labor law.
•Provide support and guidance to all employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issuesarise.
•Maintain compliance with numerous state laws and regulations impacting human resources and employee healthand safety.
