Language Arts/ESL teacherManager

I had the privilege of being Roua's principal during her time at Sudan Oxford Academy. She was a great asset to the school as a primary class teacher demonstrating an enthusiastic attitude, creativity and that rare ability to inspire and stimulate her pupils. I valued her role not only as a teacher, but also as a native speaker of English, promoting the English language both inside and outside the classroom. Roua's classroom management skills were also very good considering she was working with particularly big numbers. Indeed, she made the effort to connect with each and everyone of her students and work with them on an individual basis. Roua was also very popular with other year groups as well as her colleagues. Her affable character and excellent people to people skills helped her to forge good working relationships with all colleagues and parents. She has a high level of social and emotional intelligence and was always on hand to counsel or even just lend an ear to a colleague who needed advice or support. In view of all this, I believe that Roua would be an asset to any organization, institution or company she works for.
