Execution and follow up of trademarks, International & National registrations required, licensing at all ministers and governmental departments.
Legal monthly reports of:
1. All cases prepared for or against the company at all legal Lebanese Courts
2. All legal agreements & contracts conducted by the company
3. All Trademarks registrations National and International
Prepare and follow up of all legal actions taken by or against the company.
Execution of legal Procedures of the real estates owned by the company
1. Recruitment and performance appraisal interviews
2. Legal annual reports and evaluation reports employers
3. Legal supervision of personnel department
