• Analyze, study and identify Recruitment needs and requirements.
• Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
• Manages the database and uses executive agencies, job portals and social platforms to seek out or screen potential job candidates.
• Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
• Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
• Identify difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
• Devise plans for sourcing from different channels: internal and external database search, close hiring of candidates, co-ordinate with concerned employees for finalizing interviewing panels.
• Oversees Performance Management, Succession Planning and Manpower Planning.
• Developed and updates Job Descriptions across all levels, company Competency & KPI Dictionary.
• Measure the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.
• Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Monitor trends on the job market and analyzes the recruitment data available in the organization.
• Investigate opportunities for the introduction of new recruitment vendors, monitors expenditures per vendor and the job vacancy.
• Develop the effective recruiting strategies.
• Design robust recruiting procedures that ensures consistent and productive results.
• Develop and conduct training sessions on recruiting practices for the departments.
• Conduct research, studies, and drafts/compile reports of findings and recommendations.
• Prepare Recruitment reports and review KPIs in light with company standards.
• Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements.
• Supervise the Recruiting Services team consisting of Recruiters dedicated to provide impeccable service to every department within Abu Dhabi Aviation.
• Establish operational hiring metrics to measure the efficiency of the hiring process and focus on effectiveness of outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with laws affect recruiting and screening functions such as national’s preference, background checks, document collection and so forth.
• Motivate and provide clear direction to recruitment team through on-going feedback regarding expectations, roles, responsibilities, achievements and opportunities for success.
