As an Employment Advisor my focus is to manage my caseload of job seekers and support them in finding the right job for them.
- Assess and diagnose job seekers.
- Help them develop their weaknesses, strengthen their strengths, and improve their skills.
- Help identify their job goals and discover their skills.
- Teach them the right way of C.V. writing and how to perform in the interviews.
- Motivate them and enhance their self-esteem.
- Match them to the right jobs and help them apply in it.
- Follow up with them after they work and help them to overcome the problems they face in their job.
1- Year-end forms’ processing:
a. Data entry.
b. Record verification.
c. Handling exceptions and communicating errors on forms when policies are not applied.
d. Updating records as they are corrected.
2- Appeal cases:
a. Attending Appeal Panels.
b. Generating panel decisions.
c. Writing Panel reports.
