Established and coordinate with the schedule by creating logs, tracking
all technical and non-technical documents and provides status updates
on a regular basis.
Uploads and monitor documents to the client EDMS and follow
process and principles company’s document lifecycle procedures.
Receives technical documents from various disciplines and accurately completes the technical document register logs reflecting details of the
documents to be transmitted to the concerned department.
Control issuance of documents and seek proper approval for the same
from senior authorities.
Maintains filing system (correspondences, meeting minutes, agendas,

properly stored and backed up.
