Key Deliverables:
 Active involvement in driving continuous improvements to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding services regarding process, technology, and team performance.
 Deliver innovative and best practice recruitment and onboarding solutions by keeping abreast of market changes and suggesting and developing changes to processes, practices and policy.
