Key Deliverables:
Design & develop talent acquisition strategies. Manage & implement comprehensive end-to-end hiring solutions (Attract, Source, Select, Integrate) in partnership with different businesses of the group, in alignment with group growth plans & to enhance the candidate / new hire experience.
Lead the development, design and implementation of the strategy for recruiting best talent from around the world. Develop the overarching strategic direction for Executive Recruitment. Develop a continuous pipeline of high-quality talent for Al Futtaim Group.
Partner with the broader organization to strategically anticipate needs, and ensure a steady supply of quality talent as required. Working with and partnering with the Group Directors & HR teams understanding short, mid and long-term manpower goals.
Identify critical roles who have the greatest impact on business success and develop approaches to attract and build relationships with talent segments to fill these roles.
Define the talent required by business needs in terms of skills, behaviours and performance requirements.
Conduct extensive market research and prepare strategies to address the organization’s talent and leadership needs in the region.
Focus on building talent pools around critical roles that have the greatest impact on organizational performance.
Identify, engage and assess C-level, senior executives & mid management across different functions and industries.
Use Social Media to market Al-Futtaim’s Talent Brand and attract followers using advertising campaigns.
Leverage our ATS in a high volume and detail-oriented environment to track and manage talented candidates.

Successfully reduced time to hire by 59% across all roles closed in 2016.
Awarded the Exceptional Efforts award twice during my stint in the AFG Talent Acquisition team.
Awarded the Quarterly Award twice during 2016 for notable achievements in operational excellence.
Managed the highest number of LinkedIn hires (45%) across 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Maintained 99% compliance in systems and reports across 5 years.
Achieved 16%, 20%, 26% internal mobility across all hires in 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively.
