• Give advises to the clients and sell Individual Plans for Pension, University Education, Life and Non-Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Savings and Investment as well as Corporate Plans for Employee Benefits and General Insurance.

• Identify prospective clients, approach them, give introductory and product presentation to them, build relationships, ask the right questions, adopt a consultative approach to the sales process, design appropriate solutions for the client, close the sales, do required paper work and provide life-long service to the client.

* Identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts etc.
• To sell Personal finance products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales targets.
• To contact potential customers and convince them about the bank’s product offerings.
• Ensuring that the conclusions on all the business sourced on Telesales leads, should be reported to RM.
• To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
• To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to.
• Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
• To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody.
• To ensure that code of the conduct as per the bank bank’s policy are adhered to.
• To ensure that all the documents provided by the customer for completion the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
• To ensure that I do the documents original sighting as laid out in the original sighting guidelines of the KYC policy of the bank.
• To ensure that the sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to.
• Verify that potential customers satisfy all criteria required of a desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
• Derive insight to competitor’s sales activities and effectively report them to the Area Sales Manager/Relationship Manager.
• Ensure full awareness of all policies related to operational risk.
• Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all assigned products.
• Maintain accurate and up to date activity records.
• Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
• Is responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.
• To ensure performance as per the performance management criteria.

-Tapped the bank clients and provides life insurance and wealth management solutions to Bank of the Philippine Island or Bpi clients.
-Provides financial health check to the clients in order to prioritize their financial needs.
-Provides long term and alternative investments for the clients using Bpi-Philam Variable Life Insurance Products and Accident and Health Insurance.
-Continuous servicing to the existing policy holders.
- Maintain good relationship to the bank officers and staff.

• Develop customer relationships to achieve assigned Sales and Service objectives / Standards
• Provide acceptable level of service to personal banking customers or preferred banking customer and explore cross sell or up sell during the customer interactions with a view to increase personal banking revenues.
• Identify new to bank personal banking customers and refer leads to other segments in the Bank.
• Ensure to attain up-to-date products and policy process knowledge at all times (including that of campaigns / promotions) and keep abreast of any subsequent amendments.
• Identify Customer needs and proactively deliver quality and unique customer service that will exceed customer expectation.
• Ensure proper documentation, correctness & completeness of all applications / forms.
• Handle correspondence related to service & sales issues.

• Provides general administrative direction, management, supervision and control of the assigned team promotion branch.
• Assist the Vice-President for Marketing in terms of general administration: to develop plans; set goals and targets; allocate and manage resources; plot and implement strategies toward increase production level;
• Ensures and maintains smooth and friendly relationship with mall administration and tenants.
• Successfully graduate for the three major courses provided by the company: EAGLES TRAINING PROGRAM; 1st MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM and MANAGEMENT CONTINUING PROGRAM.
