○ Grew the marketplace volume 6X by pulling the right levers to improve the value proposition for both drivers and
riders in close collaboration with the marketing team
○ Expanded geographical presence using an independently created automated marketplace investment model to
efficiently incentivize drivers which improved the product's reliability and attracted demand with no marketing
efforts. As a result, the expansion areas generated ±USD 10 million/year in revenue since 2017
