Job Description:

Job Description:
• Responsible for inward & outward clearing of cheques.
• Handles processing & approving of savings & current/checking account applications.
• In charge of checking and filing of all the validated transactions for the day, Co-in charge of loading & balancing of cash for the ATM machine.
NEW ACCOUNTS CLERK
Job Description:
• Provide assistance and process requirements needed in opening of new accounts for new clients.
• In charge of filing the customer’s account records and branch in-house marketing.
PAYING / RECEIVING TELLER
Job Description:
• Process all over-the-counter transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits and encashment, payments for utilities and term product’s maturities.
PICK UP TELLER
Job Description:
• Receives cash & cheque deposits on off-site locations on board of an armoured van.
• In charge of checking of balance & loading for ATM machine on an off-site location.
LOANS AND ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR
Job Description:
• Process loan applications. Checks on site for the collaterals presented by the clients for their loan application.
• Conducts research and determine the current market value of the property presented by the client as their collateral.
• Reports to the Central loans department for updates regarding all loan transactions.
MARKETING SPECIALIST / ANALYST
• Handles all marketing task for the branch.
• Reviews and recommends to the branch manager the opening and closure of all accounts.
• Approves all withdrawals, cheque encashment beyond the approved authority limit of other branch’s personnel.
• Co-signs with the authorized officer in the reactivation of all dormant accounts.
• In charge of analysing as to who are the potential customers that surrounds the area where the branch is located.
• Handles the entire client visits and offer quality service due them.
• Ensures that customer service standards are consistently practiced.
