ROLE
• Develop Organizational Process Asset (OPA) for the design team, including workflows and processes.

• Coordinate with sub-consultants such as FLS, Façade, Infrastructure, landscape, etc.
• Prepare scope of work, schedule plans, and resource allocation and optimization plans.
• Lead a team to create BIM models LOD 300, generate Sheets, coordinate between trades, and perform clash detection and QAQC for all design stages.
• Develop concept design, technical details for architecture, façade systems and landscape.
• Prepare scope of work, schedule plans, and resource allocation and optimization plans.
• Lead the design of a sports city complex spreading on 550, 000 sqm that included a masterplan, an air-conditioned stadium, closed arena, outdoor activities, and landscape, in coordination with infrastructure.
• Design a mixed-use complex of 100, 000 sqm that included a residence, hotel, retail area and landscape.
• Prepare a full architectural design concept consisting of site analysis, basis of design, concept narrative including 2D and 3D Diagrams, 3D Renders, design report and presentation to client.
• Lead a team to design and build Interior and Landscape projects for VVIP Clients.
• Produce graphic presentations, physical models, 3D renderings and construction drawings.
• Coordinate and Supervision of technical aspects of construction, finishing and Landscaping
• Attend meetings with client reps, contractors and designers to meet project objectives
