Duties & Responsibilities
• Mobilization and demobilization of personals for long job, short jobs
• Overlooking all aspects on personnels being recruited from India/Nepal/Phillippines and Western Nationals
• Overlooking all gatepasses through the PROs
• Having a team of PROs, Admin assistants, camp incharges and site admins.
• Taking regular reports from sub-ordinates and planning all manpower activites
