Post general functional role:
Contribute to the growth of business and hend branch profits
Build and develop relationships with bank customers and attract new clients
Cross sell the banks products based on transparency and suitability requirements
Encourage and enhance the sales culture within the branch
Coordinate with Sales & service quality unit (SQQU)
Financial Responsibilities:
Studying the client financial status when they apply for loans and assessing credit risk.
Recommend strategies for maximizing the value and returns for assets held by the division
Maintain fixed assets records for the division
Maintain department’s asset registry when assets are acquired and written off
Timely preparation of budget consolidation, and justify the variances if applicable
Administrate financial services related to contractual agreements
Act as a focal point for company on all financial issues such as budgeting, cost reporting, variance analysis, and relationships with financial institutions.
Prepare cash forecast statement on monthly basis and recover outstanding dues from clients.
Check all company monthly payment invoices
Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation
Sales Responsibilities:
Selling vehicles that satisfy customers’ needs and meeting or exceed dealership sales goals
Using the dealership Customer Relationship Management System in managing all customer contact and keeping accurate records of every contact result
Building relationships with customers and consulting with them to determine their needs
Presenting vehicle selections best suited to each customer’s stated needs
Generating new business by prospecting, making follow up calls to customer base and referral sources, and educating all potential customers on our products and incentive programs
Gaining in-depth knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory and technology as well as keeping up to date on new products, features, accessories, and services within the industry
Offering test drives to all prospects.
Following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
Knowing and understanding equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer
Preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
Insurance Responsibilities:
With the sale of each vehicle i make sure an insrunce policy is sold to the client for that of on of the insurance companies we have stablished contracts with.
Following the sale i am responsible with following up with the insurance companies and the clients.
Recording estimation papers and filling up claims.
Following up with the garage workshop and the paint shop we own for obtaining best results.
Using the dealership Customer Relationship Management System in managing all customer contact and keeping accurate records of every contact result.
Building relationships with customers and consulting with them to determine their needs with the insurance company they choose.
Generating new business by prospecting, making follow up calls to customer base and referral sources, and educating all potential customers on our products.
Deal with the accounting & stock program (ONYX SAGGIO)
Record purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Prepare and record sales invoices.
Record bank transactions.
Prepare and record the monthly Salary schedule, payroll taxes, and social security.
Prepare and fill all of the following reports: R5, R6, R7, R10, and social security related documents.
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Record import transactions.
Prepare the annual closing entries.
Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
Develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required.
Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.
Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
Update financial records with recent transactions and changes.
Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.
