Welcome and escort guest from the airport to the hotel.
•Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests.
•Attend recreation activities when necessary.
•Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager.
•Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guest concerns.

•Accessed open orders and searched to find out reason the orders had not been shipped and worked with other departments to resolve the problem.
•Checking invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items.
•Preparing invoices for billing of customers using the Al Ameen System and Spreadsheet.
•Calculate any additional charges or shipping dates and enter data into the computer.
•Review, filing, mailing, and other duties as needed
•Screening accounts email and take actions in the needs of the suppliers and customers.
•Assisting Accounting Manager with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
•Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records
•Assisting financial department, other assistants, and Accounting Manager as needed.
