Corporate governance department.
- Reviewing and analyzing General Assembly Meeting agenda "Ordinary & Extraordinary" of invested companies.
- Representing PPA in General Assembly Meetings of listed/unlisted companies.
- Conducting predictive analysis of the possibility to get a board representative in the invested companies based on PPA ownership power and CMA’s regulations.
- Contributing in developing PPA governance policies and procedures.
- Participating in reviewing “Drafts Amendments” on corporate governance regulations of CMA, SAMA, and MCI. And providing PPA feedback.
- Supporting PPA representatives with any enquiries regarding corporate governance.
- Participating in setting PPA new strategy 2021.

Investment settlement department.
- Monitoring investment portfolios across all asset classes. And preparing finance report on monthly basis.
- Contacting with Northern trust - PPA custodian- if there are any issues.
- Matching SAMA bank account transactions with Northern trust reports.
- Preparing statistical report of Masakin mortgage program on quarterly basis.

It was cooperative training for two months. I worked at finance department. I worked in recording invoices payment and receipt. Also, I have attended training of AML&Clients' Screening process (Anti-Money Laundering Rules)
