• Acquisition of new client relationships from the High Net Worth and Mass Affluent segment.
• Maintenance and growth of existing client relationships.
• Meeting Revenue targets for Assets, Liabilities, Selling Investments and Insurance business.
• Delegating and overseeing transactions processed by the Customer Service Staff.
• The rights to approve Financial Transactions within the limits set for me by the bank.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and assist the Relationship Managers (RMs) in meeting the clients requirements.
• Follow up all service requests and complaints raised by Suhail clients and act as mentor to explain the rules and limits of Suhail service.
• Take over the RMs duties during their leave to ensure clients satisfaction.
• Handling all the inquiries of the customers related to the products information & financial information,
• Answering the calls of Emirates Islamic Bank, Me Bank, Ethmar- Emirates Islamic Bank Priority Banking Services, Al-Shaheen- Emirates Bank International Priority Banking Services, Network International, First Gulf Bank-credit cards, Barclays and Lloyds Bank TSB
• Handling customers’ complaints and follow up to make sure 100% customer satisfaction.
