•Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems

•Coordinate efforts with management staff on the provision and maintenance where technology is deployed
•Endeavor to make technology and systems available around the clock, and establish disaster recovery or contingency plans to assure continuity

•Responsible for the proper, installation upgrading, integration, migration development, implementation, evaluation, testing and support for applications, and all systems that directly interfaced with end users( The financial system, Fleet, GPS Tracking, Portal, Eexam, …)
•Participate in the evaluation, development, testing, implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, and techniques
•Responsible for the application system development, integrity, data quality and consistency, data recovery plans, and documentation.
•Develop, test, implements, documents, and maintains system components based on specifications
•Ensure perform the proper integration and migrations on / between applications
•Contribute and enforce the defined policies and procedures, system implementation and using of new services
•Creating and designing reports on school systems data according to needs in SQL database and Crystal Report and Perform analysis of data, as needed

•Supervise and provides support for the day-to-day operations, planning, and personnel development within a multi-functional technology department
• Ensure the activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, requirements and policies.
•Coordinate with direct supervisors and work with the technical team members to complete assigned tasks and minimize staff daily operations downtimes
•Troubleshoot incidents related to servers, networks(LAN/WAN), IT security and applications products
•Escalate pending technical issues to direct company
•Conduct training to end users as directed and make sure that teachers receive continued support in interactive teaching technology.

•Develop and implements procedures to address new requirements

•Create instructional materials for faculty and students for the purpose of training.
•Provide information and instructions to students, faculty, staff and external groups regarding computer facilities and services in the college
•Schedule technical support when required for exams, extra classes or external groups
•Provide access to additional equipment, such as laptops
•Create/ provide instructional material for technological resources for the web, for publishing, and for posting in the lab.
•Coordinate with team members to identify needs for software, software licenses or hardware requirements and student access to computer labs
