Duties and Responsibilities
Taking calls about inquiries on how to make report about lost items.
Helping passengers search for this lost items using our centralize system.
Educating the passengers about our procedures on how to retrieve their lost items.
Doing collection in specific areas in the airport of lost items and excess luggage.
Providing alternative solution if passengers can’t comeback to collect their lost items.
