Maintaining Construction drawings log and monitoring the schedules and regular updates of drawing racks.
Keeping track of all the inward and outward Correspondence.
Sending & Receiving all project related e-mails from the Client and the Contractor.

Remove superseded drawings / technical data, and replace with more current data from the site team.
The drawings and technical data are issued to the site team for review and implementation, any revision to this is to be immediately intimated to the site team and the old records stored separately for future reference when issuing the latest data to the site team.
Assist PM in preparation of Fortnightly and monthly reports and Interim Payments.
Backup maybe done either electronically or through extra hard copies of a document.
Prepare, log and distribute all outgoing transmittals.
Receive, log and distribute all incoming transmittals.
Maintain electronic registers for Letters, MOM, Memos, NCRs, RFIs, Reports, Transmittals, Drawings, Safety & Quality related documents.
Maintain central filing of all project documentation.
Checking and Monitoring in DAMAC CONNECT SYSTEM all project related incoming submittals and correspondence from the Client and the Contractor to be distributed to all concern people for review, inputs & approval.
Preparation of task list and reviewing it in line with the time line specified in advance.
Using document numbering system for maintaining the documents.
Uploading all project related responded and released submittals in DAMAC CONNECT SYSTEM.
Uploading Transmittals, Correspondence to be submitted to the Client and the Contractor.
Takes responsibility of filing all documents.
Keeps original copies of Project Documents.
Gives assistance to all project staff in their documents’ needs.
Facilitates letters, reports, and other technical correspondence.
Prepares RFI, Transmittal outgoing, FON/IFON, Shop Drawing/Material/Method statement/RFS submittals.
Receives incoming Transmittals from the main contractor and update in the individual log.
Scans approved drawings.
Updates the logs and links (NFI, RFI & Shop Drawings results) all the time for easy retrieval.
Ensures all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system and can be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
Produces and distributes status reports to the project team when required.
Checks all received documentation is legible and contains appropriate approvals.
With Aconex experience, downloading submittals thru Aconex, filtering Incoming Transmittals thru Aconex.
* Assessing applicants on their inquiries, applications, follow-ups, medical results.
* Answering telephone calls
