 Job Purpose:-

To act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to Senior Leadership on human capital management matters alongside HR Business Partner. Identify talents and high performers and ensure they are managed effectively.

 Learning & Talent Development - Ensure that people at all levels of the organization possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences to fulfill the short and long-term ambitions of the organization and that they are motivated to learn, grow and perform.

 Employee Relations - Act as a support and coach to managers to ensure that the relationship between the organization and its employees is managed appropriately within a framework of organization practices and policies to manage risk and achieve business performance.

 Employee Relations - Plan and conduct HR Clinics

 Recruitment - Interview and select internal employees and Implement staff movements like upgrades and budget transfers

 Accountable for monthly strategic HR updates to senior management

 Employee Disciplinary and Investigation - Manage and resolve employee relations issues in conjunction with the unit heads and line manager

 Ensure the compensations and benefits process are transparent and clearly understood by management and employees and are kept up to date

 HR Representative on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal hearings to appropriate levels

 Conduct Exit Interviews
