-Establish and Maintain the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management Systems.
-Ensure compliance to product, legal and other requirements especially regarding to Q&EHS.
-Detect Q&EHS Aspects, Identify Hazards and perform Risk Assessments.
-Plan Q&EHS targets, objectives and programs.
-Plan and perform Q&EHS Trainings to increase awareness and competence.

-Check, monitor, measure, analyze Q&EHS Processes regularly.
-Setup a Continuous Improvement Process ( CIP) for Q&EHS.
-Develop, implement and monitor Company Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, Procedures and its Land Transport Management System in accordance with OGP Recommended Safety Practice.
-Supervise and prepare for the critical missions, Lifting and Transportation of heavy equipment.
-Establish budget proposals for the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety office and specific training programs;
-Investigate and report all accidents/incidents that result in injuries and substantial damage to company vehicles and property;
-Report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Managing Director
-Conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Company facility;
-Assist the Company’s Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committees;
-Supervise registration and removal of hazardous waste;
-Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
-Coordinate and receive reports from and respond to orders issued by Clients;
-Coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including prehiring induction first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in company facilities;
-Develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the company’s Emergency Procedures Manual;
-Coordinate the Company’s emergency procedures and act as the Company’s emergency controller,
-Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
-Support Clients in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of operations.
-Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s HSE program.
-Perform operating L.A.C.T. unit and pumping unit at the CPF.
-Monitoring the LACT unit performance and ensure the parameters are running well.
-Verify and prepare reports of the unit conditions as designated.
-Adjusting density meter in several flow and the number of shipping pumps in service.
-Ensure the auto sampler is running and divert the cans from time to time.
-Record the LACT unit readings every 2 hours, especially the water cut and compare it with the Lab result to ensure the accurate sensor readings.
-Prepare the daily morning report of LACT readings and historic trends for process supervisor.
-Responsible of entering the data base.
-Do prove meter as per process supervisor request.
-Clean up the strainers and keep the devises clean from time to time.
-Monitoring the booster pumps performance.
-Provide assistance to process supervisor as required.
-Report unit deficiencies and other problems to supervisor.
-12 hrs/14 Days a month shift
-Observe, monitor, sample, testing and operating production wells.
-Observe, monitor and operate water injection well.
-Data collection, reporting inputs, generation and dissemination daily.
-Observe and operate both mineral oil heaters and gas heaters.
-Work within, and as a team player to achieve and maintain company HSE standards, production targets, work scope completion and KPIs.
-provide support for rig and non-rig related activities for drilling and well engineering department. (Start and shutdown wells, est.)
Act as the first point of contact in the company with people from both internal and external organizations.
-Provide excellent service to all visitors and guests.
-Responsible for screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and re-directing calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
-Ensure knowledge and familiarity with company’s policies and procedures to provide sound and appropriate replies to queries.
-Provide logistical support to meetings held in the HR meeting rooms, to include preparation of meeting rooms and assist in arrangements for catering provisions.
-Provide support and assistance to the department in any administrative and coordination tasks as and when required
