- Assure Implementing of the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories for the Manufacturing Group Central Lab.
- Assure Implementation of procedures for quality control of RM, SFP & FP of the group food manufacturing factories inside and outside Kuwait.
- Plan manage and lead the Internal Audits of ISO 22000 & ISO 9001.
- Communicate & Coordinate with ISO certifications bodies.
- Compile all relevant local and international standards.
- Prepare the budget of the year 2015 for Group Central Lab
• Establishment of laboratory with the highest level of furniture and equipment to cover all Chemical, Physical & Microbiological Tests.
• Planning for managing & implementing the “Quality Management System ISO 9001/2008”.
• Study and plan of compatibility with GMP system.
• Conduct procedures for quality control of RM, SFP & FP.
• Compile all relevant local and international standards.
• Issuing, updating & preserve formulations
• Conduct all needed quality procedures to approach standards
• Monitoring all processes that affects products quality
• Evaluate processes by timing study
• Evaluate overall staff performance
• Oversee and monitor production operations to assure compliance with quality measures
• Production planning according to existed resources, production capacity & delivery dates
• Interview and train new candidates
• Planning, managing & implementing the “Quality Management System ISO 9001/2000”.
• Planning, managing & implementing the “Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points System HACCP”.
• Participated in modifying Jordanian standard for coffee as the United Coffee Co. representative to JISM (Jordan Institution for Standards & Metrology) standards modification committee.
