An SBU of Thinkventures company. My work involved managing the CEO and arranging his calendar, and making sure his time is used to the full capacity according to his priorities.
Here were some of the tasks I was assigned with:
- Assisting principal with market insights and other information to prepare consulting proposals
- Identifying and Collecting information of client’s business environment and market place
- Processing information, conducting analysis and preparing reports of findings
- Leverage problem solving skills and framework to develop solution
- Documenting developed solution and preparing presentation
- Coordinating with client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions
- Serving client for their requirements of reports, solution and any other services within decided project scope
- Supporting client in implementing recommended solution
- Visiting and working at client location as and when required for project related work
- Managing all project work and maintaining schedule
- Writing notes of meeting between principal consultant and client
- Preparing market insight, consumer insights and whitepapers for TDC's research publication
- Contributing in promotional activities of TDC’s consulting practice and research publication
- Assisting seniors in other admin and operational work of consulting projects
- Facilitating communication among executives, clients and external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
