Working on Bouri Gas Utilization Project (Brown field) as a Material and POB Coordinator

• Responsible for reserving the materials, tools, and consumables in respective work orders
that are required for maintenance and shutdown campaign jobs.
• Reviewing the work orders against the Revision code (DRC), Line walk sheets & adding the
materials as per the P&ID and line spec.
• Identifying the correct SAP number in PALM COCONUT software & verifying the stock in SAP
(MMBE/MM03/MD04) before adding in the workorders.
• Follow up with the onshore warehouse team for delivery of materials, tools, and
consumables, rental equipment as per the DRC schedule, and arranging the same to
offshore before job execution.
• Verifying all received materials at offshore in accordance with work orders and keeping them
at job sites with proper tagging & updating the records in work order like location, Palate
number.
• Maintaining the tracking report for rental tools, equipment, gas detectors, and monitors, and
sending it to onshore for revalidation if any.
• Responsible for the requisitioning of all materials, including stock items, consumables, tools

petroleum development of Oman (PDO)

• Maintaining weekly tracking of shortage materials from the cluster material track sheet and
identifying the shortfall quarterly and yearly.
• Ensure that all materials received at site are inspected, stored, maintained, and issued in a
timely and compliant manner to offshore & site construction team.
• Arranging shortage materials for new wells/Unhook-Rehook at contract locations.
• SAP Surplus stock identification from PDO WH or other PDO contractors and raising PR for
the same.
• Co-ordinating with PDO PE for the Surplus materials.
• Estimation of Yearly/quarterly requirements and coordinating with PDO PE for free issue
materials for ongoing contract locations.
• Identifying the Surplus materials from PDO WH and balance carryover stock for yearly bulk
procurement.
• Weekly tracking of reconciliation for all ongoing contract locations.
• Co-ordinate with site team to plan, organize, implement and maintain project specific Site
Receiving Rules, Laydown Areas and Warehouse Space.
• Co-ordination with 4PL team for all materials transportation requirements.
• Co-ordinating with procurement and expediting team for the delivery of the materials on
time as per requirement and priority of the wells.
• Co-ordinating with expediting team and vendor for the clarifications in material
delivery/documents/discrepancies.
• Weekly follow up on the Criticism of Materials (COM) with site and procurement team.

Worked with EQUATE Petrochemical Company at Ahmadi, Kuwait (Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Aromatic and H2S processing plant)

• Having good knowledge about SAP user Transactions related to Plant Notifications & Work
Orders, Purchase requisitions, Material reservations & Plant Equipments.
• Responsible to reserve the material in respective work orders which is required for
equipment & routine plant maintenance & shutdown jobs & arranging the same through SAP
to using material searching transaction code (ZGLOBAL & MM03).
• Preparing Turnaround material requirements for the Turnaround jobs and equipments, with
inputs from SAP and as per previous shutdown details.
• Preparing material reservation for required materials against WOs (IW32) and creating
purchase requisition (PR) for non-available materials.
• Coordinating and follow-up for critical pending spares/materials with respect to buyer &
expedite the delivery as per required date.
• For Long lead & direct purchase materials, initiating the reservation / Purchase requisition
and maintain traceable records of the communication from the requisition to delivery and
reconciliation.
• Coordinate with end users to identify, plan, order and expedite direct purchase material and
spares, and arranging in time for routine plant maintenance & shutdown jobs.
• Resolving all issues related to Purchase Requisitions, Stores, Inventory, Stock out material,
Material reservations, Supply Discrepancies, wrong supply materials, Material requests from
other Operational Areas, Material Returns, surplus Material etc.

OFF Plot Delivery Project & Greater Birba Project) as a PDO approved Material

Worked with Al-Turki enterprises with client of Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) on EPZ/H2S area at Marmul and Harweel Offshore site, Oman

• Responsible to control of all types of materials pertaining to the construction, operation &
maintenance of Well head Hook Up, well, Line

Under of East West Gas Pipeline Transportation (EWPL) Project. RIL has already discovered large natural gas reserves in KGD6 blocks located of Andhra Pradesh on the east coast of India. For efficient and optimum utilization of these reserves and to meet the gas requirement of various industrial, commercial and domestic consumers. The EWPL system will traverse through the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Gujarat covering a Total trunk distance of approximately 1400 km.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supervise entire warehouse, plan and control all shifts operational areas according to the Warehouse Management. Supervise all warehouse operations like (Loading, Unloading, Packing, picking and dispatching).
•Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
•Taking care of Receipt & Dispatches for project material, Likewise preparation of GRN for incoming material, service entries.
•Material receipts and issues in accordance with safety operations and ensuring smooth flow of project.
•Controlling the store keepers and monitoring the Materials incoming and Issuing.
•Follow up and coordinating with purchase and supplier for the mobilization of materials.
•Inventory Management Process including Goods Receipt, Transfer postings, Stock Transfers, Inter-warehouse transfer, Storage Location to Storage Location Transfer.
•Preparing service entry for services like Equipment handling, Material handling, transportation, etc
•Arranging, updating and submitting the waybills (FORM-402 & 403, FORM-XI) records to Sale tax Dept.
•Perpetual stock verification & reconciliation. Periodical inventory.
•Preparing report and put MIS for Management of further decision and disposal of salvaged goods.
•Budget Preparation and Co-ordinate with Technical Members.
•Procurement Activities basis of site requirement.
•Creating Purchase Requisition.
•Arranging Transportation and monitoring Logistics function.
•Arranging Transport for distribution of materials to state level warehouse.
•Expedite right time availability in co ordination with supplier, Procurement team & Transporters, CHA (Cargo Clearing House Agent) for Imported Material.
•Co ordination with Scrap management cell for disposal of scrap (especially wooden scrap) generated at central stores and its related yard.
•Co ordination with octroi agent for refunding the octroi amount from corporation (BMC, PCMC) and Various Jakat naka.
